uhynx7 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "uhynx7" / "Platform" / "Operator" refers to the entity operating the website at uhynx7.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "Member" means any natural person who has created a registered account on the uhynx7 platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on uhynx7, including the associated wallet balance and transaction history.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, fishing arcade titles, table games, and any other interactive products made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cash promotional credit, free spins value, or reload bonus credit allocated to a Player's account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Philippines.

To be eligible to use the uhynx7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party);
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with uhynx7 or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of uhynx7 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You are participating for personal entertainment purposes and using funds that lawfully belong to you;
• You have not been previously banned, suspended, or permanently excluded from the uhynx7 platform.

uhynx7 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements, with immediate effect and forfeiture of any bonus balances held at the time of closure.

To access the Games and services on uhynx7, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on uhynx7 at any time. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same person — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, uhynx7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonus funds across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uhynx7 login credentials. All activity conducted under your account credentials — whether or not you personally authorized it — is your legal responsibility. You must notify uhynx7 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or country of residence — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

uhynx7 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, which mandates strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. All Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID);
• A selfie photograph where applicable, for identity matching purposes;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered name) for withdrawal processing.

uhynx7 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of enhanced due diligence, particularly in relation to large transactions, unusual activity patterns, or regulatory obligations under Philippine AML law.

The minimum deposit at uhynx7 is PHP 100. Deposits are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards where supported. All deposited funds are held in a segregated player account and are not commingled with uhynx7's operational funds.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are lawfully yours, are not proceeds of illegal activity, and are being deposited for the purpose of genuine personal gaming entertainment. Deposits made for the purpose of exploiting bonus structures, processing payments for third parties, or any other non-entertainment purpose are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods registered in the Player's verified name. uhynx7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or payment methods not used for deposit.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: Standard processing target of under five (5) minutes during normal volume conditions;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): One (1) to four (4) hours during business hours;
• Visa/Mastercard: One (1) to three (3) business days subject to card network processing times.

uhynx7 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on any supported payment method. Processing times stated above are targets and not guarantees; extraordinary circumstances, enhanced verification requirements, or payment network issues may extend processing.

uhynx7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit conditions.

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full;
• Where a Player holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds are used first unless the promotional terms specify otherwise;
• Bonuses may be voided — and associated winnings forfeited — if uhynx7 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional terms;
• uhynx7 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed in good faith.

All Games on the uhynx7 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested and audited by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment captured via HD video in regulated studio environments. uhynx7 guarantees the mathematical integrity of all games in its library.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uhynx7 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software designed to interact with the Games on behalf of a human player;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or server glitches to obtain credits, winnings, or other benefits to which the Player would not otherwise be entitled;
• Placing bets on behalf of or using funds belonging to another person;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities;
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at uhynx7 staff, support agents, or other players in any chat or communication channel.

Any winnings resulting from prohibited conduct are null and void and will be withheld. uhynx7 reserves the right to conduct retrospective investigation and take enforcement action against accounts where prohibited conduct is identified after the fact.

uhynx7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Filipino players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling should be an entertainment activity only — never a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulty.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all uhynx7 members free of charge through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximums on deposits. Limits activate immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive on-screen notifications after a set number of hours of active play.
• Take-a-Break: Voluntarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure via the uhynx7 support team. Self-excluded players will not be contacted for marketing purposes.

All content on the uhynx7 platform — including but not limited to the uhynx7 name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data compilations, and all other materials — is the property of uhynx7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or distribute any content from the uhynx7 platform without prior written consent;
• Use the uhynx7 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause consumer confusion or imply affiliation without express written authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of uhynx7's proprietary software systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uhynx7's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uhynx7 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, technical errors, or telecommunications failures beyond uhynx7's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials;
• Any third-party actions, including payment processor failures, delays by Philippine banking institutions, or GCash and PayMaya system outages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

uhynx7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine AML laws;
• Use of the platform by a person under 21 years of age;
• Instruction or order from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Player's account (net of any bonus funds, pending wagering requirements, or funds subject to withholding for compliance reasons) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure for cause.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to uhynx7's customer support team for internal resolution. uhynx7 commits to responding to formal written complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter shall be escalated to PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. Players may contact PAGCOR directly through their official channels if they believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by uhynx7's internal process.

uhynx7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the uhynx7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you have the right to close your account prior to the effective date of the change without penalty, and uhynx7 will refund any verified real-money balance in accordance with Section 11.
