Where a request requires additional time due to complexity or volume, we will inform you of the extension and its reason within the initial 15-day period. Where uhynx7 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all personal data associated with the account will be deleted as promptly as is practicable under applicable legal constraints, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations. Any balance held in such an account at the time of suspension will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable guidance on underage gambling incidents.

Some of uhynx7's third-party service providers — including game providers, platform infrastructure services, and KYC verification vendors — may be located outside of the Republic of the Philippines. uhynx7 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, where reasonably practicable.
